This conference will be a forum for discussion of policies around diagnostic imaging safety. A panel of experts will discuss the changes expected in the Healing Arts Radiation Protection Act (HARPA). Another session will tackle the important topic of the role of radiologists, medical radiation technologists and other health care providers in the reduction of inappropriate utilization of diagnostic imaging.
The goal of this conference is to help improve the safety and quality of diagnostic imaging in Ontario.
